Introduction

These Terms govern the use of the 789win Service (the Service). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and any accompanying policies issued by 789win Ltd (the Company). The Service is operated by the Company in accordance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements. The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Service or any user’s access in compliance with its licensing conditions and applicable law.

General Terms

These Terms, together with the Company’s policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and 789win regarding the Service. Bets and transactions made prior to the change remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of those bets.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority where gambling is permitted, and you must have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements. You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful, and you must access the Service from that jurisdiction. You must not use a VPN, proxy, or other technology intended to conceal or alter your geographic location. You must be the authorized user of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. You acknowledge that wagering involves the risk of loss and you accept responsibility for all losses arising from use of the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering rules, and you must not use information obtained in breach of law to place bets.

Restricted Activities

  1. You may not access or use the Service if you are under the applicable gambling age or not legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction.
  2. You may not access the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
  3. You must not engage in conduct that undermines the integrity of the Service, including cheating, collusion, or market manipulation.
  4. You may not share your account, sell or transfer your account to third parties, or allow third parties to use your credentials.
  5. You may not harvest or collect information about other Customers or use the Service for unsolicited commercial purposes.
  6. You may not attempt to circumvent security, scrape content, or misuse promotional offers in a manner that defeats the fair operation of the Service.
  7. You may not engage in any unlawful activity or use the Service for money laundering or funding illicit conduct.

Registration

Registration is at the Company's sole discretion. To establish an Account, you must provide accurate information and complete verification checks on request. Verification may require a government-issued proof of identity and a recent document confirming your address. The Company may require additional information to comply with regulatory obligations. You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date; communications regarding your Account will be sent to this address. You must fund your Account to enable wagering. The Company may suspend wagering or restrict Account options until verification is complete. You may be required to provide information regarding your source of funds as part of anti-money laundering controls. You may register only one Account; multiple Accounts may result in suspension or termination of related Accounts. You must keep your password confidential and notify the Company immediately if you suspect any compromise of your Account. You may log out at the end of each session. The Company may contact you for additional information to verify your identity or to comply with regulatory requirements.

Your Account

Accounts may support multiple currencies; balances reflect the currency of each transaction. The Company does not extend credit; you may not wager beyond your available balance. The Company may close or suspend an Account for non-compliance with these Terms or to protect the integrity or fairness of the Service, with or without prior notice. If an Account is closed or suspended, outstanding wagers may be voided and funds may be withheld in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. The Company may also close or suspend an Account without notice and return all funds where appropriate. The Company may refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit wagers in its sole discretion, including bets deemed fraudulent or designed to circumvent limits. If funds are mistakenly credited to an Account, they remain the Company’s property and may be withdrawn once identified. If an Account becomes overdrawn, you owe the Company the overdrawn amount. You must promptly report any errors in Account activity and cooperate with investigations. The Company may offer self-exclusion or other responsible gambling measures upon request or as required by policy.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification and ongoing compliance with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements. You must use payment methods that you own or control. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the Company’s internal timelines and the limitations and fees disclosed for each method. The Company may impose limits on transaction amounts, currencies, or frequency. Withdrawals may be withheld or rejected pending completion of verification checks or investigation of unusual activity. The Company reserves the right to charge fees for certain methods and to modify or discontinue specific payment options with notice. The Company may reverse or reclaim funds in the event of processing errors or suspected fraudulent activity or as required by law.

Promotions, Bonuses and Loyalty Programs

Promotions and bonuses are governed by a separate Bonus Policy. Eligibility, wagering requirements, expiries, and any restrictions will be set forth in the specific promotional terms. Promotional balances may be non-transferable and may expire in accordance with the policy. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions at any time in its sole discretion and to withhold bonuses or winnings if fraud or abuse is detected or suspected.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with your use of the Service is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Company collects, stores, processes, and shares data to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and investigate unlawful activity. You consent to international data transfers where applicable. You have rights to access, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data as provided by applicable law.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activity that occurs on your Account. You must promptly notify the Company of any suspected compromise. The Company may require additional verification in response to security concerns and may suspend access until verification is completed.

Intellectual Property

Content published on the Service, including software, games, graphics, and text, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other use is permitted without the Company’s prior written consent.

Disputes, Complaints and Resolution

Pending wagers may be settled in accordance with these Terms. Upon termination, the Company will return remaining funds in accordance with applicable law, subject to the Company’s policies. Bonuses and winnings associated with terminated Accounts may be forfeited as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between you and the Company are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts or relevant arbitration bodies located in that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior arrangements.
  • If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • The Company’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
